Strategic & Organizational Leadership

Dianna’s leadership experience extends far beyond traditional fundraising and communications work. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen operational infrastructure, improve internal systems, guide organizational change, and create more sustainable pathways for growth and impact.

At The Cibolo Center for Conservation, her role has included leading both external advancement initiatives and significant internal organizational improvements. In addition to overseeing fundraising, marketing, communications, and donor engagement efforts, she has helped formalize multiple organizational endowments, modernize development systems and database procedures, rewrite employee handbook and policy materials, and establish operational processes that support stronger agency-wide effectiveness and accountability.

Her work frequently takes place behind the scenes, helping organizations translate complex needs into clearer systems, stronger communication practices, improved collaboration, and more sustainable operational structures.

Dianna is also deeply committed to helping organizations communicate in ways that foster belonging and accessibility, ensuring individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can feel welcomed, connected, and valued within the communities being served.
