2026 Advancement Plan
A comprehensive organizational advancement strategy focused on fundraising growth, donor engagement, communications, stewardship, sponsorships, grants, and long-term sustainability planning. This plan established clear priorities, measurable goals, and strategic direction for advancement efforts across the organization.
Advancement Policies
Developed and formalized the organization’s first comprehensive advancement policies and procedures manual to create stronger operational consistency, accountability, gift processing standards, stewardship practices, and internal systems across the department.
Employee Handbook
Led a complete modernization and restructuring of the organization’s employee handbook, replacing outdated and conflicting policies with clearer procedures, improved organizational standards, and more effective employee guidance aligned with current operational practices.
Advancement & Fundraising Leadership
Endowment Campaign
Develop and guided a comprehensive campaign focused on strengthening the organization’s endowment and future sustainability. Currently in the silent phase, the campaign has already secured nearly half of its $20 million goal through strategic donor engagement and long-term philanthropic planning.
Summer 2026 Appeal
Led development and creative direction for a seasonal fundraising appeal designed to increase donor participation, strengthen community connection, and communicate organizational impact through engaging storytelling and strategic messaging. This is an annual appeal that Dianna began in 2024.
2025 End-of-Year Appeal
Directed the strategy, messaging, storytelling, and donor engagement efforts for the organization’s annual year-end fundraising campaign, focused on connecting supporters to mission impact through authentic and compelling communication.
COMMUNICATIONS & BRAND STRATEGY

Annual Report
Directed the creation of the organization’s first formal Annual Report, working collaboratively with program leaders to gather meaningful impact data, strengthen organizational storytelling, and communicate measurable community outcomes to stakeholders and supporters.
The Cibolo Brand Guidelines
Developed the organization’s first formal brand guidelines to establish consistency across communications, strengthen visual identity, improve messaging cohesion, and support long-term organizational branding efforts.
2026 Program Brochure
Created a comprehensive program guide designed to clearly communicate the breadth of the organization’s mission and initiatives in an accessible and engaging format. The brochure helped community members, donors, volunteers, and families more easily identify meaningful ways to connect with and support the organization.
